Evaluation
Once you register for a callback, we evaluate your needs to manage the property on your behalf.
Agreement
An advance amount is paid to subscribe to our services and enter an agreement to be signed by both parties.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the duration of an End to End Management service agreement?
The agreement for the end to end property management service is valid for one year. It can be renewed for the second year as per your choice.
What is the cost for the End to End Property Management service?
The cost for the end to end property management service is 2 times a month’s rent + GST, of which ₹5000 + GST is paid as an advance, the balance is payable after the agreement has been signed.
What if the tenant leaves after the renewal of the agreement?
If the advance is paid and the agreement has been signed, we will assist you in finding a new tenant as per your needs.
What is the frequency of inspection of my property?
We conduct inspections once every 4 months for End to End Property Management services. Our team then prepares a detailed report and sends it across to you.
