Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m not okay with the vendor quotation for my custom services?
There is no mandate for a property owner to go ahead with our vendors. If you have any trusted vendors, we can work in collaboration with them for repairs & maintenance.
What is the quality of vendors that Square Feet provides?
Vendors are only onboarded with us after a thorough verification process, which determines if they are trustworthy. We don’t take any commissions from our vendors.
What are the charges for supervision?
Our supervision fees are 10% of the work value. No fees are applicable if you don’t require our supervision services or don’t want to use our vendor.
What is the duration of the Custom Property Management agreement?
The validity of the agreement for the custom property management service is dependent upon the nature of the specific services chosen, which varies based on your requirements.
